    1. I happily completed the transaction only to receive the products and realize they were a counterfeit. I have a pair of the Gray Classic Short uggs already. When i compared the two, the inside of the peltz pair was not sheepskin, instead it was a rough materials resembling fake fibers. I called the store and they refused to admit that the shoes were not authentic.

    1. Awesome service with Zappos expected super fast delivery. Boots are extremely comfortable but found I need to wear thick socks with them as they are a bit big with just tights or trouser socks. Shaft fits my plus size ankles without a problem. Would recommend for these harsh midwest winters.

    1. I've had atleast 4 pairs of Uggs that I can think of and I love them every year when winter rolls around. They are the best boots for cold weather. (And I live in Ohio so I definitely know what cold weather is!). There are a ocuple things I would suggest someone remember before buying Uggs for the first time. Number one, these are NOT snow boots! If you wear them in the snow, even if you've "weather-treated" them, they will still get wet and your socks/feet will still get wet as a result. I never wear mine when it's actually snowing or raining.

    1. at first, i thought these are a little too expensive for me, as a student. But i have been wanting them so bad, so i decided to buy them. it turns out to worth every single penny that i have spent. they are so comfortable and warm and very stylish. i can walk in them all day without any pain for my feet. i am just so glad that i did buy them. they are now my favorite

    1. Love these boots! Had to go buy skinny jeans so I can show them off! Now if it would get a little colder outside! I'm normally an 8-8.5. Last year got the classics in a size 8, so I stuck with this size for these boots. The fit is the same, footbed length. I do think if you have a high in-step/arch or thicker ankles, you should go up a size as they are snug getting on/off. I have skinny ankles, little to no in-step/arch, so they were perfect!

    1. Love this boot, but went with a size 8 (heel slipping through) because the size 7 (my normal Ugg size) was too tight. One problem is that the left boot squeaks when you move it or are walking. I have in both black & brown and both do this on the left boot.

    1. Buy the kid version if you can!! I tried these on in a store and had a difficult time getting them off because of the narrow ankle (and my ankles are narrow). I wear a 6 1/2 and ordered a kids 5. Fits perfectly. And, best of all, they have a zipper, which solves the narrow ankle problem! Very happy.

    1. Your customer service always exceeds my expectations. Thanks to other customers' reviews I ordered the right size. I normally wear a size 7, and I do have a high instep so I took the advice of other customers with a high instep and did not size down. The boots were hard to get on but I sprayed a little shoe stretch on the instep put them on and they are perfect. They are too cute, have received many compliments on them. I broke my ankle 3 years ago and I have problems finding boots that I can wear. I can shop all day in my Uggs, my ankle doesn't swell or hurt. Good job Zappos and Uggs.

    1. I ordered the Classic Black Ugg boots for my daughter for Christmas (2010). Because I do not own a pair, I looked at them upon delivery and was so proud of my super savings for UGG Boots. My daughter has 1 pair already.. when she opened her boots on Christmas day, she knew right away they were not real. There is no heal support like authentic Uggs, so the conterfeits slouch when warn, the shape is different from the front seam to the toes (barely noticeable, but it IS different) the height of the SHORT boots are slightly off and the lining of the counterfeit is not as plush or thick. I have asked repeatedly to send me a self addressed return label so I can send them back, and a credit to my credit card. They refuse, still claiming the "Uggs" are real. Luckily my credit card company gave me credit because I took pictures to compare and shared the website to proove that UGG Austraila is advertising as "Authentic Uggs", when they clearly are not. Lesson learned.... AUTHENTIC UGG Boots are expensive, $150-ish for the classic short. If you find a real "deal" you are getting conned for sure!

    1. Uggs are the best boots for fall and winter. They have a great history of being perfect for ski resorts or other snowy settings. They have a good reputation based on their years being made in New Zealand. But they aren't made there anymore, they're made in china, and the difference is dramatic. While the Chinese Uggs are nice boots, they are nowhere as well made and the leather and fleece is much cheaper that it was during Uggs' better days.
